There are several ways that one can shop with Hello Mom:
Shop by E-mail or by phone:
Hello Mom can be used as you would any internet shop. Once you place your order, we will be in contact via e-mail or via phone to arrange for payment and delivery of your chosen items. Hello Mom is able to offer advice and help by phone or e-mail. Something to remember is that we are no more expensive than any of the large well known baby shops.
Send a Baby Gift:
Hello Mom can send a beautifully wrapped baby gift on your behalf. Let us make a recommendation from our list of perfect baby gifts. Please enquire about our gift wrapping and delivery service by e-mailing us on tanya@hellomom.co.za. There is an small additional charge for gift wrapping.
Shop by Consultation:
This service is coming soon. Due date March 2011.
A consultation lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours and will take place in the privacy of your own home.
During the consultation process a comprehensive list of items will be looked at, including nursery furniture, bedding, bathing equipment, baby carriers, prams and car seats. You will have the opportunity to see the products and to try them out and we will offer impartial advise best suited to your individual needs.
Once a list of items has been drawn up, the list will be made available to you on the Hello Mom website and you will be able to make any changes or additions, if necessary. It is possible to link up your list of chosen items to a gift registry and this will be administrered for you by Hello Mom. This is only possible for consultation clients and is included as a service in the consultation fee.
Once the list is finalised, we will agree on a delivery date.
A fee of R 590.00 will be charged for a consultation.
A Hello Mom consultation can make a welcoming gift for a new mom-to-be.

Full Decor Service:
Hello Mom can offer a full decor service where we will visit your home and offer recommendations and advise on nursery furniture and decor. Please contact Hello Mom to assist you with transforming your baby's room into a dream nursery. Hello Mom can help you to make the most of your available space and can give advice on locally manufactured furniture, linen and decor accessories. Hello Mom currently has two furniture ranges from which to make your furniture and decor choices, namely Incey Wincey and Clever Little Monkey.
This service is only available in Cape Town.
Gift Registry Service:
Simply register on Hello Mom and have some fun choosing the items that you would like to have in your shopping cart. Once your list of items has been compiled, Hello Mom will send your list out to friends and family members who will be able to go onto the Hello Mom website to select their purchases. Hello Mom will administer your gift registry to ensure that there are no duplicate purchases. An online gift registry service is a perfect way to ensure that you get the gifts you want and at the same time friends and family can do their shopping without leaving home. This works really well for those friends and family members living in remote areas or even overseas.
